Great communication as it was drizzling on snd off so the technician went to do jobs he could do until it was no longer raining he kept in contact with me all the way
I came in to have my windscreen replaced at Smith & Smith, and while the staff were polite, the overall experience was disappointing due to the aggressive upselling. After mentioning I had replaced my wiper blades only 8 months ago, I was still pushed to buy new ones, along with a windscreen waterproof solution and a cabin filter.
