Dr. Slack has been my child's pediatrician for the last 18 years. I am not sure how we would have made it through the "teen" years without her. She takes her time to answer any question no matter how many times you have ask. SHE IS WONDERFUL!!!
Our child was exposed to COVID at school so we went to the doctor to get a rapid COVID test performed. The practice had carside visits so we do not need to get our of the car and they can perform the test. The actual test went quickly but the results took forever to come. We had asked for our results to be delivered by phone so that we could leave and were told that we had to stay so the doctor could see our child as this was considered a doctor visit. Dr. Slack is hands down one of the best pediatricians in Chattanooga. She is extremely patient, kind, thorough, attentive, positive and always has your child’s best interest at heart. We’ve received impeccable care from her for over 12 years. It’s rare to find an excellent pediatrician with great office staff.. Well you will receive friendly & pleasant office etiquette with Children’s Diagnostic Center! Thanks for your hard work & dedicated to our children Dr. Slack & staff!
My children and I love Dr. Slaxk she is fabulous
Very personable and thorough. She makes sure that my daughter is comfortable and takes time to inquire and answers all questions. Sometimes we may have a little wait but most of the time we are called back within 20-30 minutes. Although Dr. Slack may have other patients, I never feel rushed. Excellent pediatrician. Highly recommended!
Dr. Smith-Slack is excellent! She's never rushed through any of our visits and will always do a through exam and answer any questions you may have. The downside to that is that once your back in the room, it could be up to an hour to see her. Most days it's usually a 30 minute wait.
Dr. Slack makes the parent and patient feel very comfortable and she will answer any questions concerning your health care. She is professional, caring, always prepared for your visit, does not rush appointments, and is always calm regardless of the medical situation. Dr. Slack is an excellent Doctor and I would recommend her to any new mother or anyone looking for a new Pediatrician.
We love Dr. Slack! She truly cares about her patients and takes time to answer any questions that you may have.
