I recently purchased a used Yukon from them. I was told the carfax was clean and that it had just had a bunch of maintenance done to it including new struts. After purchasing we drove to Portland to see family and noticed it was kneeling significantly on the front left. A gigantic shout out to the service department. With the whole ordeal we had with our car that we purchased from smith Honda the service department made sure we were taken care of when we had to get transmission replaced twice. They worked with the GAP protection and found solutions when it came to never getting a response from the GAP providers.
