From the start...caring compassionate staff that. Welcomed me! They listened. Very thorough. Went over prices ahead of time and really worked with my schedule! Only problem my partial doesn't fit after a difficult filling. I'm usually very nervous, but they really helped me relax and get my dental work done! Grateful I found them!!
Best place to go in Tyler! The staff is super nice! I am scared of the Dentist but they make me feel comfortable. Both Doctors are caring and do a wonderful job.
I had a filling on a front tooth that had to be replaced while on vacation in Tyler. The staff and doctor were all so friendly, and very knowledgeable! They took pics of the work they did, and were able to match the filling almost perfectly to my tooth. I highly recommend them!
I have experience a great atmosphere at gentle dental care once again. Staff were well organized and efficient, not to mention very nice. Just what the doctor ordered for my busy schedule.
I am one of those lucky people that happen to be TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I've never been to an office that was as accommodating and friendly as this one. They seemed to genuinely care about my mental health just as much as my oral health.
I have been using Dr. Gerber for over 5 years and each time I go to him the service is the same...awesome!!! From the time I enter the office and am called by name to the staff and Dentist, I am treated as if I was the only patient in the office. They always have a smile on their face and ask me about how I am doing and how is my family. This is very rare in this day and age and is greatly appreciated by me and my wife. Thank you for being such gracious dental care providers and God bless you.
