Dr. Gerber and his staff are absolutely the best in the business. Everyone in the office is professional and caring, and the results exceed expectations. They make sure you are comfortable every step of the way and leave completely satisfied. I recommend without any hesitation whatsoever.

Everyone is friendly at Gentle Dental in Tyler and the exam was free- that’s a good birthday present!
I had visited Gentle Dental for the first time due to pain around a tooth, they were able to get me in on the same day I called. The dentist and staff were attentive, listened to my concerns, addressed said concerns and explained everything very well. All of the office staff were very friendly, from the check-in counter to the dental assistant to the dentist. I will not go anywhere else, I have found where I will be going from now on.
Everyone from the receptionist, the nurses, and the Dentists make you feel comfortable and welcome. The facility is efficient and organized instilling confidence in their capability. Great expetience.

Everyone was extremely helpful! Great experience. And there's free water in the lobby!! I will definitely go back and refer anyone to them. The Dr spent over an hour with me. He was very thorough and helpful.
