Gentle Dental has the been, hands down, the BEST dental office I've ever been to in all my yrs. They are nice, patient, kind and have reasonable rates. Will continue to go to them.
This is the best dental office I've ever been too! ALL the staff were so kind & respectful! Dr. Gerber has a very calm & peaceful spirit. The entire office has a calmness to it. I am having a root canal soon and I am ok with that, because Gentle Dental is exactly that. Also, pricing & financial services are very good.
The dental hygienist was very professional and concerned that I was comfortable during the cleaning. She did a super job. I would recommend Gentle Dental for anyone that doesn’t like to go to the dentist.😁
From the receptionist to the technician each was totally efficient, knowledgeable and personable. A very nice experience.

I had my first time visit with Gentle Dental several weeks ago. Great location. All of the extras in the office was really not necessary for me. Ali, the wonderful hygienist is what will keep me going back. She was thorough and a pleasure to have do my cleaning. Be sure to ask for a cleaning when setting up your first visit and ask for price. Cost are high for this office. Ali receives 5 stars.
I highly recommend Gentle Dentle Care of Tyler for anyone who needs any type of dental work! They are exactly what their name says - Gentle. This is the best place for getting your teeth cleaned and any other dental needs you have. Very professional and friendly staff. You are made to feel right at home. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I am a new patient and had my first visit today! New patient visit consisted of meeting the friendly very helpful staff. Although they were shorthanded they completed my cleaning and explained the insurance they have available in the office which I took advantage of. A treatment plan was outlined and explained in detail. I have a dental background and I am so happy that I found Dr. Gerber and his highly efficient staff.
Dr. Gerber is a very kind and gentle man. He takes care in listening to you and spends non rushed time explaining everything in detail. While going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing to do he and his staff makes it comfortable. I personally will continue to share this dental journey as we create my million dollar smile.
