I am one of those lucky people that happen to be TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I've never been to an office that was as accommodating and friendly as this one. They seemed to genuinely care about my mental health just as much as my oral health.
I love getting my teeth cleaned by this dental office. The staff is great, thorough, encouraging. They even worked with me on a payment schedule which helped me tremendously. I'm terrible with names, but the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so sweet and patient with me as I always get a little anxious with any dental work! She helped relax me.
Excellent teeth cleaning experience as usual. All the staff are very pleasant and professional.
I recently had my teeth cleaned and i cannot begin to tell you what an excellent job Shae did! All the staff at Gentle Dental make you feel like you are part of their family. It is a pleasant atmosphere from the time you walk in until you walk out.
This is one of the most caring dentists I have seen. They make sure you are totally comfortable and in no pain, no matter what the procedure is.

Gentle Dental Care of Tyler has a very friendly staff that make you feel very comfortable. Dr Sendelbach is the BEST!!! He cares for his patients, detailed oriented and it was painless. I have my smile back, thanks to him!! He will not let you leave until you are completely satisfied! I will recommend him to all my friends and family!!
I am so thankful, and so appreciative, of Dr. Gerber and his entire staff. You won't find a better dentist, staff or dental service in Tyler! If you haven't referred your friends, you need to!
