I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The dentists at Smith Dental were the kindest men I have ever had working on my dental health. I needed two extractions on two different days(very far apart in time). At both of my visits, they took time to talk to me and reassure me of the safety of their work. They are truly the most gentle dentists I have ever encountered. I am petrified of dentists and have been since my childhood. My previous dentist was cruel and used methods, which I found out through Smith, which were entirely unnecessary.
