The dentist there said that my daughter (9YRS OLD) had 7 cavities (no way)... After 2 months and 3 other opinions all three other doctors said she only had one! My friends daughter had a similar case with the same dentist! No way in hell i will ever go there again! Worst dentist ever and is scammer for both insurance and out of pockets patients!
Maybe, at one point Smiths Dental use to be great but definitely not anymore. Good luck trying to just have someone answer the phone there or call you back! You will be calling for days and that's with leaving messages, also. What if I did have an actual emergency??!!
This is a terrible place. You can never talk to someone by calling them on the phone. They call you back on their time. The waiting room is dirty and small for the amount of people that visit. They do not let you go back with your child.

I didn't like this place at all! I brought my son in (who is 4yr old) to get his teeth looked at and it was the most horrible experience! I tried to explain to them that he is very shy around new people and they didn't seem to even care. After him crying for a good 10 minutes in the dentist chair they had me sit in the chair with him in my lap AND HOLD HIM DOWN to they could poke and prod around in his mouth.
