Used to be a great dealer to deal with until Orr took over! People are nice but are all about the money. My family and I have bought many vehicles from Smith/Orr and was always treated like a priority there. It's totally different now. Been dealing with them on a Silverado that I was told I could get a certain deal on and then they started questioning whether they could do the deal or not which has now led me to take my business elsewhere, somewhere where I'm treated more like a priority customer and not just another money m... read more

I will not be recommending this dealership to even people I don't like. The service was shady, they tried to get us for 500 off our trade in. Then they were so late and unorganized on paper work, we were late getting registration done and had to pay penalties. My truck is a lemon. I've had nothing but problems with it since I got it with check engine light coming on (which they said they would check into and didn't). And they have done nothing to make it right.
