HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! 2 AND A HALF MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO TITLE AND OF COURSE PAPER TAG IS EXPIRED!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUT FROM ORR UNTIL THEY GET THEIR STUFF TOGETHER!! NO ONE SHOULD TRADE FOR A TRUCK WITH NO TITLE

Great experience until the deal is done then your nobody. Had an issue with my taxes on the car and was short 300 dollars that they owed me. They would rather me walk away unhappy and never come back then reimburse me. Couldn't get anyone to call me back then when I finally got someone they said oh that's the deal we didn't make any money on. Lol what a joke. Said they would pay half of the 300. Not acceptable to me. Will not be back.

It was a great experience when i started dealing with mr tomlinson he was awsome my sales rep did not give the information i need to kno if i was getting a good deal on my trade,my interest rate,and the price after everything was done mrs brown was helpful at first then got really hateful when i exspressed to mr tomlinson that i didnt kno what all was going on with my trade and the new car and kinda called me a liar thank you mr tomlinson for a great experience i will be back wish i could have delt with u the whole time inst... read more
