I have tried to get my 2015 GMC Yukon fixed about 4 months. I've taken it in and they tell me the problem is "fixed". 2 days later, I hear the same weird sound, especially when I reverse. I took it three days ago. Of course, I'm struggling for rides since we don't have 2nd car. Went to pick it up today to find out they were "waiting to see if insurance would pay for it". They can never, ever fix anything! They always have an excuse. I'm so sick of this place! ���
