pushy finance, horrible service department. Supposed to have two years of free service, each time I bring it in they always try to charge me. Scheduled me to have my windshield replaced at 1 o'clock on a Saturday, which is when the service dept leaves for the day. Also didn't have record of that appointment being set up upon arrival. Waste of time. Can schedule service appointments weeks in advance, pull up and have no record of my appointment being scheduled. Don't take your car here to get it worked on unless you want to have another problem with it right afterwards and not have it be covered on the warranty.

My sales person was nice but I shared all the information about my vehicle and trade prior to coming to the dealership. I drove 130 miles, 260 round trip for nothing. I was under the impression I would be able to trade a newer vehicle for an older one, nope. Got there to be told be the sale manager that "they couldn't put my negative equity into a vehicle that old." So what was the point of me giving all the information prior to if you weren't going to use it and make me add 260+ miles to a vehicle I'm trying to trade. Sorry... read more

I think the best way to describe them are white collar fraud specialist. They bait & switched us which is highly illegal I kept the old vin he tried to tell me he didn't write down vin right (said he left number off) nope I kept that trusty little post it paper got all the proof SO If you do anything with them please buyer beware!!
