Great doctor. Good bedside manner with concern for your problems. He’s been my hand doctor for several years and has completed 4 successful procedures for me on my hands and elbows. The Center is the place to go. I’ll also ring The chime for Dr. Tim Ballard and Dr. Todd Bell. Several successful surgeries with them. All in all you can’t beat the Center. Thumb issues from a fall
Excellent doctor. Had carpal tunnel in both my hands and was able to get better without having surgery.
Dr. Brian Smith her was very dismissive and did not listen to what was going on with me. I had two test done and he did not acknowledge either test. He is a horrible doctor who’s way too busy for his patients
I love the Dr. Of Chattanooga Sports Medicine, Dr. Smith and Dr. Bell are very good and caring Doctors, they will help you to feel better, I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
Dr Smith seems caring enough. He doesn’t listen well to what happened to make a better informed decision . I have a condition that has lasted over 6weeks because I couldn’t get in to see him when it happened. He’s just put a “bandaid” on my injury guaranteeing at least another 6 weeks recovery time
Always so caring and staff is wonderful
I am now confident there is something seriously wrong with this doctor, after a visit to another doctor. I had been having a very minor pain around a joint for close to half a year when I visited him. However, he brushed off my complaint as OCD(Obsessive-compulsive disorder). Needless to say, I was stunned and had to seek a second opinion from a different doctor. After receiving a steroid shot weeks ago there, I am almost completed healed. I'm extremely disappointed with B. Smith, so terrible.
Have been going to Dr. Smith for around 20 and hope he doesn't retire for the next 20. He has treated me for several hand problems over the years, starting with "trigger finger" of both thumbs and my right hand ring finger. Shots took care of the thumbs, but had to have a trigger finger release of the ring finger. I have found him pleasant and will take the time necessary to answer my questions. I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to see him.
