I have been well satisfied with the results I received from Dr. Smith.
Dr Smith was very professional, personal and friendly with his greeting. He got right to the reason for the visit. He made a quick assessment, offered a remedy that I was agreeable to and finished the visit with a smile. In and out in less than 10 minutes. In the waiting room about 20 minutes.
I have been Dr. Smith for about 10 years. There is no one else I would see for hand issues. He will explain your condition and options to where it is easy to understand. One of the things I like most is he will bring a pamphlet on your condition and go over it with you. The visual is so useful for understanding what is going on with your condition. This was my first visit to the Hixson office and to see Dr . Smith. I was impressed with the comfortable waiting room and efficient ,friendly, caring staff . Dr. Smith carefully listened to my concerns and quickly assessed and treated the condition. He and his staff explained everything that was being done and special after care issues until my followup appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Smith if you need specialty orthopedic care.
This visit was my first at this office. Also the first time I’ve seen Dr. Smith. I found him to be very thorough and kind and compassionate. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use him in the future.
This is the second time Dr Smith has helped my hands. Three years ago he helped with a trigger finger and this time around. Very good Doctor.
Great attitude and very honest and open with all questions and fixed my issue within minutes as to taking months and trying to just do surgery I am very pleased
Dr Smith was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He greeted me with a smile and when he started my exam I could tell that he actually looked over my paperwork instead of walking in and asking me what the problem was.
