Great attitude and very honest and open with all questions and fixed my issue within minutes as to taking months and trying to just do surgery I am very pleased
Dr Smith was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He greeted me with a smile and when he started my exam I could tell that he actually looked over my paperwork instead of walking in and asking me what the problem was. I have had problems with ganglion cysts on might right hand. In 2005 I had a large cyst on the knuckle of my right hand that was all the way through from the top of my knuckle to the palm and Dr. Smith removed it. I have had no issues since then. I now have a cyst on my right-hand ring finger and thought that he needed to check it out. I called his office and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Smith always explains things in a way I understand and treats me as a valued patient.
Dr. Smith is so personable and friendly. He performed carpal tunnel surgery on both hands; one in 2011 the other in 2015. I’ve never had a problem with either. And virtually no scar! This visit was to get a cortisone injection for a trigger thumb. He explained what happens when this occurs which I also love. He is very efficient but does not rush when I have questions.
Dr. Smith obviously cares about my problems and delivers excellent care as always.
Very respectful, listen to my concerns. Took interest in my problem.
