horrible front desk staff. the absolute WORST at communication!!! very inconvenient
RecommendedMy kids have been going to Dr. Stephen and his teamsince my oldest was 6mos old. We've since moved an hour away and still will only see him! Absolutely recommend him and his staff!!
Excellent customer service
My son got all 4 of his wisdom teeth pulled out and the Dentist was so sweet and informative, I could not ask for a better Dentist! Him and his staff are awesome!
I had a wonderful visit. My son was very comfortable. He like his new denist .
First, the front desk girl that take payments, need to be more professional as they discuss payments with whomever brought the patient in..and not the actual parent about payment obligation. Second the overbook the kids and the wait times are long. My daughter school does not like for the students to be pick up early for appointments so scheduling appointments after 3, you might has well bring dinner because your going to be waiting along time and waiting room is packed...even with an appointment. I’ve personally struggled with dental work for as long as I remember. Finding this office has been a huge sigh of relief for me, very kind and understanding staff and the doctor is extremely personable and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I was asked to leave a review on Google, but wasn't able to since I do not have a Google account. But thankful there is a Facebook page, so I can leave a review. Excellent! There is a reason not just this company, but this location has a solid 5 star rating. The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to make and set up an appointment, ask any questions.
