Don't traumatize your poor child!! They strap them down automatically and don't allow you to be there! Don't take your kids here! They shouldn't be allowed to work with kids.

Desk attendant told me to go to a different location after an hour wait. This place is pathetic. They think they are the owners and they try to kick your ass like you're nothing. Instead of investing money on effective workers and good service they invest it on "entertainment" for the kids (so they pass 3-4 hours after their appointment quickly). Horrible place. Don't come here.
Horrible!!!!! my 5 year old came out of the room in tears saying she couldnt breathe I asked her what she meant, she said the guy squeezed her mouth to where she couldn't breathe and she could only breathe in her nose on the way home she kept saying I don't want to go there no more !!!!!!!!
The only thing good here is the fun environment for kids, my son came out crying for hours after his cleaning. They put him in a jacket to keep his hands in (which I get why) but it freaked him out even worse. He didn't want to back, staff wasn't very understanding or supportive. I wasn't happy so I switched him and he loves the dentist now.
Very horrible been here over a half an hour and quote on quote there is only one Dr. who let's parents in the room when children are being treated that's creepy cause I'm a father before anything in this life and I'll be damned if my 6 yr old daughter has to go back in a room with the dentist by herself.
I'd recommend Just for Kids Dentistry....I took my daughter there and they put her through hell
