There is good service and good ways to keep kids entertained while waiting
My kids and I love smileland but i was a little disappointed last visit on 11/11/2016. My son had an appt for treatment at 8:30am and wasn't seen til 10am. I had other appointments of which i had to cancel because there was no way i was going to make it on time. I am a parent who works and tries to do doctors appt's when i am off, but this time my plans didn't go the way i planed them. My hold schedule was ruined because of the delay of our first AM appt at Smileland. Thank you
I love the way they treat children, i have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and they both love to go to the dentist
If I could give it negative stars I would ... They traumatized my son so bad and refused to give me his dental records to give to his Dr because he had a allergic reaction to something and we needed the records . that's all I'm going to put for now .
I loved how they treat my kids every time I come here. They always were scared to visit the dentist but every time we go to smileland they are calm. The staff here are great always friendly and reassure my kids when they go in for their treatments.
Great staff, the girls here are so sweet. My kid always loves coming here. Thank you
