My kids usually get in and out and the assistants are nice
First time patient: we had an appt for 9:30 didn't leave until 11:40 .. Was told that we would skip the cleaning part and go straight to treatment to save time (which did not help) . Went inside the treatment room and wasn't allowed to stay with my 2 year old son. Literally I started walking to the door and my son is already crying while strapped on to the table . They did explain what had to be done which I appreciated. Didn't even meet the dentist just the helper ; which was to impersonal. My son was not able to get laughi... read more

This was my son’s first appointment and I’m so happy we chose Smileland. The waiting room is tailored for kids which took away any anxiety he was having. We were seen right away. The XRay tech was especially sweet and I stayed w my son the entire time. Some people might not like the open room while being seen but I liked it because it showed my son it was normal as he could see there were kids of all ages doing the same thing as him. We also thought the sticker-toy reward system is really cool. Definitely would recommend.
The staff is almost always very kind. The wait can be long, but there are things for the kids to play and watch. Not too bad.
Awesome staff. They are good at explaining things.
