RecommendedI just wanted to give a short out to the orthodontics team for helping my daughter out and explaining everything in detail, sometimes twice because I'm trying to absorb everything. orthodontist ms. stone was rude and unprofessional in her tone and behavior when I voiced my concern about an how an instrument slipped and hit my sons throat while she was extracting his wisdom teeth. And when asked if "mishaps" was properly noted in his records because I was definitely lodging a complaint, she tried to scold me for not being in there and hung up in my face...(she's lucky I've changed) however, I will be lodging my complaint ASAP.... #TrainingNeeded #ASAP

No problem with with dentist or dental staff. The office personnel is another matter. The office staff is not friendly and they seem distracted.
I had a problem and the rectified the issues. I was pleased when I left. The work done on my teeth was great. I would recommend them.
Worst experience ever in my life. I got so frustrated with the front office manager and staff. Makes me wonder. I am getting my records and moving right away. Never been treated so poorly where you cannot have an adult conversation with someone without getting so angry at the way you are treated immediately. They are quick to be on the defensive.

I love taking my son to Smile Workshop. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They always make sure my son is relaxed and calm before doing any dental work.
My experience here was awesome .The staff was incredibly helpful, informative and professional . Their main priority is making sure patients are comfortable and satisfied.. And the office is super clean.. they are the best I Found my dentist for life
