My first time at Smiles, everyone was nice and helpful. Was really pleased with the services provided.
Still waiting on fee reimbursement that the cooperate has claimed they have mailed TWICE... MONEY THAT THEY BILLED ME WITHOUT RENDERING SERVICES!! I haven't received it YET!! I guess its time to get my bank and insurance involved.... Very bad bussines!! No call back no NOTHING!! JUST A BUNCH OF LIES!!
The WORST dental office I've been to! 1st visit the girl in billing keeps telling me that I don't have dental insurance because for some reason she decided to call Aetna instead of my dental insurance which is Guardian....2nd time I go I waited an hour for someone to clean my teeth...Last Saturday I go to get my crown the girl in the front says my insurance hasn't paid....Today I called my insurance and they said they have paid them! Dr. Maedgen is personable, honest, kind...and a great dentist. Cedar Hill branch of � is lucky to have him.
They constantly over schedule people. The wait time is ALWAYS an hour or longer. That is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! The waiting room is over crowded and no seats half the time because they over schedule. What's the point of a schedule and having patients to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time if you are NEVER on time yourself.
My daughter has been a patient of Smile Workshop for over a year now. We were originally at Pinnacle Park location but after the Office Manager changed locations, we decided to follow her to the Cedar Hill location. They have an amazing staff. They are super friendly, very professional and we never have a super long wait time to see the doctor. I love that that have late hours and Saturdays available to accommodate our busy schedules.
