I waited an hour and a half today between the waiting area and a dental chair in the back. When I asked how much longer will I have to wait, the Dental tech said he had no idea. I left, and ask that you take a good look at the practice at cedar hill

Problems, Problems, Problems! Both my husband & I had separate issues. Billing was the main ones. From the second visit there were issues with care, & billing. No one valued us enough to resolve our problems with the billing issues. I felt Bianca told me anything to get me off the phone, & made me feel as if we had large bills that were not being paid. We are both retired military, & I am a retired Patient advocate from the VAMC we have pretty decent insurance, VA coverage and have paid the full bill when asked. Felt ignored... read more
I love this place and I always hated going to the dentist. I have had cleaning and now I have braces. The front staff and dentists are awesome!
