As always entering the reception office I was greeted with kindness and happiness. My Dental was amazing! She was gentle and soothing. She talked me through the process and no pain. I have a sensitive area which she cleaned without me crying. Finished the event with Dr. Dang's gentle professional touch with the exam which informed me of any future care. Smile Forever is a great place for teeth care with passion and care.
I came in for the first time and the receptionist Jackie already knew who I was. She had me sit for paperwork filling. No later than 5 minutes the receptionist comes out to take me back and said I could finish paperwork later. She was very polite and talkative. I didn’t get her name but she was amazing. I have been to 4+ dental places here in WA and Dr. Dang.and his staff was very inviting and friendly. People would be scared to go to the dentist but i look forward to going. One is because I feel like I'm going to a family members house rather than an office. Also I enjoy catching up with the staff and Dr. Dang about our football teams. I'm a rival fan and he enjoys talking smack because I have no choice but to stay silent of course he's working on my teeth..lol.. Had an appointment to replace a crown that was failing after 10+ years. Got me in and out quickly and did a great job as always. Back in two weeks for the replacement!
My wife and I have been patients of Doctor Dang and his team since he took over the practice from Dr. Perry a few years ago. We are happy with his care and his team. Even during his off duty hours we have always been able to get ahold of him if needed. Sincerely, Tom & Yuki
Dr Dang and his staff are all friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have a true fear of the dentist and they are so calm and understanding that i felt at ease while there getting my tooth extracted. Thank you
went in for teeth cleaning. staff explained everything as they started. front desk reviewed insurance no copays! friendly people, easy access parking. definitely recommend
Everyone was so nice and attentive to me and helped to calm my nerves. Unfortunately I have to go back soon and can give you another review. My cleaning went very well so I will see how the rest of my appointment(s) go. This appointment was 5 star!
As always they staff is friendly and professional. The cleaning was done quickly and they even got me in and out early.
