My daughter recently got her braces taken off after 2 years, and I would not be able to imagine this journey without Doctor Hong, Vivian, Lizzy, and Ada. Dr. Hong is very caring, gentle, and patient. He explained what he was going to go in detail and with a beautiful smile that calmed you down. Ada, the receptionist (hope I got the name right), was always helpful and pleasant. We haven’t even been yet, but I feel compelled to put a review here for the beautiful customer service. I just received on the phone from Candice. It’s so rare these days to have someone so helpful and patient and I really appreciated the first positive interaction.
Lovely experience. Nurse Jasmine and orthodontist Katherine were both so lovely. Calm gentle and explained everything Reception staff also very helpful and polite. A very lovely first consult and most appreciated.
Dr Samar Amiri is not only a great orthodontist but her demeanour is very warm, caring and attentive. She’s very thorough and explains the process of getting braces clearly. Her supporting staff are the same, especially the friendly receptionist Ada, who is always smiling. I’m so glad I came here.
