Dr. Smeltzer was extremely RUDE, no compassion at all, and harsh. I have always had a tremendous fear of going to the Dentist. My Dentist, Dr. Little is so kind, compassionate, understanding, and a very patient Dentist. Unfortunately for what I need done, I was referred to Smeltzer. I couldn't believe his lack of compassion and the way he spoke to me was so belittling.During our consultation my husband and I walked out of the office and did not follow through with my procedure. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND DR. SMELTER.

I had my dental implant surgery on 7-07-23. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I have anxiety about dental procedures. I decided on local anesthetic (novacaine and awake). The office staff was wonderful, caring, and sweet during the whole situation. Dr. Smeltzer was professional, thorough, and completed my surgery in a timely, organized manner. I had no complications afterwards and my recovery was seamless. Not much pain at all!! Thank you so much!!

You couldn’t PAY ME to go back into this place. I had the WORST experience with Dr Smeltzer getting my wisdom teeth out. I’m not the type of person to be picky with doctors or even write reviews… I have had unbearable pain for 12 DAYS and counting after getting my wisdom teeth removed. Costs were misrepresented to me twice on a single procedure. I was told what my total cost would be regardless of insurance coverage as I had indicated I didn't believe I had insurance coverage for the procedure. After the procedure, I received a bill due to coverage limits by insurance. I was moving out of state and would not be utilizing the practice for implant. I received a call to schedule a 2nd X-ray. Dr. Smeltzer and the entire office staff are extremely rude. Awful bedside manner and ended up charging me $900 more than initially told 3 months after my surgery.

I would never recommend Dr. Smeltzer. He has horrid bedside manner. He is extremely rude and rough with his patients, and even rude to parents of patients.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. Right after the surgery, the Dr. Smeltzer said he had to go deeper than expected and that my daughter may be in pain. While in recovery, she awoke in a lot of pain. At first, the nurse tried to down play it and say that many kids wake up emotional. But my daughter was crying and then saying that she was in pain, even through the anesthesia fog. The nurse said she'd tell the doctor but he with another patient and no one else in the office was authori

Pushy and rude employees and weird doctor. Doctor Smeltzer was weird and impatient. Not recommended.
