Fast easy no B.S. Deal. I liked the fact that all the transactions and determining the value of my trade was done right at the front desk. No hiding in offices. Everyone I dealt with was professional and did an excellent job. I ended up at Smart because the first Dealer I went to was none of the things I mentioned above.

Smart Toyota has the worst communication of any company I have ever dealt with. I have questions about a claim on the interior protection package I bought on my new Rav4 in June 2020 and the details guy ghosted me and will not respond to my emails or calls. I had another issue in which I was promised windshield wipes as part of the protection package and after asking the salesperson several times I gave up until I had this other issue with the claim. Just picked up our new Venza the other day...LOVE IT!!! Gary was our sales person, he was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and had everything ready for us upon our arrival.
