This is new to us. We have never bought from or experienced a car dealership that did not negotiate in price! The sticker price is it down to the very dollar and what they offer you on your trade is there number or nothing! We had a vehicle we test drove and fell in love with and ready to purchase. Knowing this ahead of time would of save us both from wasted time. Thanks for the disappointment Smart Toyota!
After loving my 2017 Corolla LE for 1 and 1/2 years, it got totaled in a collision. Justin Holder was my salesman then, and I went right back to him this time to get my super sexy, Galatic Aqua 2019 Corolla SE! The reason he is my go to person, is he has the information I need and he makes me feel as though I am the only one there. That means everything to me. The service, after the sale, is as good as anyone I’ve dealt with.
