I had previously posted a negative review of my experience with their service. I want to post a positive update. There were a series of unfortunate circumstances in my previous visits which left me very disappointed. The General Manager, Chris contacted me. He arranged to have the car brought back to address the open issues. This time I was kept updated on the status. Ultimately, my issues were addressed and corrected/fixed to my satisfaction.
