Smart Techs is a top-notch trouble service for trouble-shooting and fixing problems with computers. I have a PC running Windows XP Pro and I have built my own computer in the past. I've gotten lazy, I guess, and haven't kept up with the new software so it has been very handy to call Smart Techs for problems with my computer and/or my home network from time to time. I often access my work computer from home and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as there's too much to do to let it go. Last week, just before the holiday weekend, my home computer froze up and wouldn't let me connect to my work computer, so I had a nice weekend and forced leisure time since I couldn't access my work computer!
