I was very pleased with the service provided by Smart Techs. Responding quickly to my request for service, the Tech arrived within a few minutes of the planned time, diagnosed my problems, recommnended a solution and had my computer back in service the same day. Compared with previous experience with the Best Buy Geek Squad, Smart Techs was superior in every way -- they solved my problems completely, versus partially for the Geek Squad, and for significantly less money. I contacted Smart Techs after finding them on the internet. I was desperate because my computer had crashed and I wanted someone to be able to come to the home, evaluate and fix it. Wow what would I do without Smart Techs. Ever was the person I dealt with. He was very professional. When I called with my problem, he came within an hour took my computer and brought it back completely repaired. I would reccomend these guys for your computer or network issues. They are top notch. Smart Techs was great! The computer company we used to use made us disconnect everything and bring our equipment to them - even for minor repairs. The technician was great! Our computer had a virus and the technician (Ever) explained in layman terms what the problem was -- which isn't easy considering our knowledge of computers is pretty basic. He showed up on time (if not early) and was able to clear up the problem. We also had several questions about viruses, websites, etc. which he answered. We received in a short time quite the education. We would highly recommend this company!
