Ever Lopez with Smart Techs successfully recovered 100% of the contents of my crashed hard drive. I cannot praise him enough for this. The staff was very polite, and answered all my questions. The turn-around time is great, and my computer is as good new!! I'm am very happy with the technical support I received.
Woke up to a dead PC on Monday. Called Smart Techs, and they picked it up from my house by noon. The next day, I got a call diagnosing the problem, which they promptly fixed. I could have picked it up that day, but preferred to wait until the following day when they were able to redeliver it to my home. The technician, Ever, also attached it to all cables and waited while it booted up properly. The whole thing cost $99. I would definitely recommend this to others for price, convenience, and their professionalism.
I called them because of the great reviews and even wondered if the reviews were fake, but when I called to have my keyboard fixed, a guy named Ever called me back with a quick fix I could do myself. No charge. That's a rare thing these days. They will get all my business from now on.
My computer wouldn't start and I couldn't figure out what the trouble was. I was recommended to SmartTechs by a friend, and couldn't have been happier with the service. They were able to diagnose and fix the computer in short order and return it to me quickly at a very reasonable price. I am very grateful for their hard work and dedicated service. Thank you.

I took my travel laptop in to The Smart Techs for the repair of a pesky Dell DC power jack. The tech, Ever Lopez, promptly quoted me a flat fee for the work and explained a lower alternative flat fee in the event I didn't want a diagnostic run. Smart Techs do a great job! They have worked on my competers twice each time coming the same day I called and either fixxing the problem right there and then or returning the computer the next day as good as new. Always prompt and reliable, this is a highly recommended company.
