Really did like the lady vet who took care of our little one. She answered all our questions and we felt confident in her diagnosis and treatment.
Had to make a visit here this weekend when it became clear our longtime pup's time with us was over. The staff and vet (really wish I could remember her name) were amazing. Patient, comforting, crying with me. And followed it up with a card to the whole family. Made what was one of the worst days for us as a family a little less terrible.
Don't even deserve the one star. Khaos was our baby he was loved to the fullest. We got him just a he was weaned from his mother so he could grow up with our 1st grandchild. And the two did just that Khaos was his protector to the fullest protected him from being mauled by the same dogs that killed him Sunday. So see Khaos was Very much LOVED and Very WANTED. They are all wonderful! The vet took time with us and explored all options and explained everything to us. The techs were also great and very courteous during a difficult time. So happy they are when we need them!

Hands down one of the worst emergency clinics I have ever been to. I try to avoid this place at all costs. This is my second encounter with this facility and equally as dissatisfied. It's sad that this is all Amarillo has to offer for after hours clinics.
