I took my cat, Willie, there to be put to sleep. I was wanting to wait until I could bring him to his normal vet, but he seemed to be in so much pain and the emergency clinic was the only place open on a Sunday. They brought us into a room right away. I had stated that I wanted to be in the room with him when he passed and they agreed, but said they had to take him to the back for a quick exam and put the catheter in. all they care about is there money they didn't want to help my dog cause I couldn't withdrawal the amount they was asking for till morning!! so my dog died my hands cause of them

The doctor caring for our boy did a great job and kept us informed. The lobby is clean, the check in process was as efficient as possible considering we were a major emergency. My dog got into some old dog food while cleaning out my mother’s house that had been vacant for the better part of the year. We live 3 hours away. That evening she began having tremors/ seizures. We rushed into the clinic and they wanted $1k plus to keep her alive until morning. I didn’t expect cheap, but that was outrageous. When I told them I wanted to take my dog with me they told me she would need to be euthanized because they couldn’t let her leave. They were understanding when I had a crying melt down and explained everything to me in terms where I would understand what was going on.
They seems genuinely concerned about my baby. They gave me estimates upfront and helped me to understand some of the test results that were performed.
They were very kind and took good care of my Mollie
My dog got hit by a car Saturday. I was relieved to see that the car hit her leg and pelvis. I Was so grateful to see a clinic open on a Saturday. They got her in immediately and the staff was kind. After x-rays were taken the doctor told me her leg was unfixable and her hip was so broken along with some internal problems. She recommended I put my dog down.
