My 12 yr old boston started having grandmal seizures Christmas night. She had been suffering from Cushing's disease and pancreatic cancer. I am very thank ful for Dr. Chase and her staff for working on Christmas and helping my pup when it was her time.

No we just called them at 6am to tell them our English bulldog is in labor and she told us we would have to wait until our vet opened at 7:30. That by the time they would set up the surgery room for a c-section they would be closing. Hmmmm strange to me that they would turn us away a hour and half before they are supposed to close.

My dog Menace was taken here after he cut his neck open, he lost so much blood... These heartless people demanded $1700 upfront and refused to let me make payments to SAVE HIS LIFE. They put him down... my poor baby was only 9/10 months old

This past weekend my dogs went missing, they are both micro chipped. The lady who found them said she brought them into small animal emergency clinic to have them checked for a microchip. Whichever girl that "checked" the microchip only scanned them once and said they didn't have one. As soon as I got my dogs back I took them to the ASPCA and my vet both to get their chips checked and they found the chips easily. I'm disappointed that the lady didn't seem to care enough to properly check for their chips. They could've been r... read more

Our sweet Tinky was seen by our usual vet earlier in the day, but her condition worsened and we new we had to get her to the emergency room. The staff here was very friendly and gave us options as well as pricing to help guide our decisions. The gentleman who came to tell us about her diagnosis and treatment was very knowledgeable and gave us thorough instructions on how to care for her at home. Everything was very reasonably priced and our little Tinky is almost back 100%. We absolutely appreciate everything this clinic did... read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is a joke. Took my baby there on Sunday to be told they just needed to do X-rays and blood work and the cost would be $377.00. I did not do that , they insisted on giving him a shot for pain ( which he wasn’t in pain) and told it wouldn’t hurt him. I was up all night and the took him in to see my vet Dr Wolfe to only have him die in my arm this morning before the dr got to see him. Worst experience ever with absolutely no help. And it still cost me $130.00 for not... read more

Very thankful for the great care my daughter's English Bulldog received tonight. Also thankful for the compassion and care shown for my daughter. Because of Dr. Chase, my daughter was able to being Boo home. Boo still has some issues. But, one step at a time.
