My experience at Acura Columbus was top notch. Andrew and Ryan were extremely nice and helpful throughout the buying process.
As usual service was prompt, professional, and able to accommodate my needs for a loaner car Mark Vacca is phenomenal always honest and tries as much as possible to save the customer money. There is no worry with this dealership in this service that you’re getting ripped off. All the employees I’ve seen and are always so courteous and kind And you can see they work together well as a team. Thanks to all of you and Mark for making sure my brakes were good.
My advisor was very helpful and informative. He let me know not just what I believe the issue was but other issues going on with the vehicle and explained it all so it was understandable.
