I had a GREAT experience at Smail Acura this weekend! Alec was wonderful to work with through the entire process. He wasn't pushy at all and really listened to every detail that I was looking for in a vehicle. When I told him I was interested in other brands, he helped facilitate seeing those vehicles too which was a huge convenience. Ultimately, I decided on the Acura RDX (which is my first Acura) and couldn't be happier with my decision. Scheduled service for inspection and various drive train fluid changes. As always Smail service took the vehicle back upon arrival and kept me informed of progress. At end, service advisor Cameron went over each detail of service and inspections and pointed out anything to watch (tires ok but may need replaced in the fall, rest of vehicle perfect). This is a 2017 MDX with 180,000 miles. Service Department is partially responsible for longevity of all my Acuras. We typically go to 300,000 miles.
