I was very pleased of the service . I came in for an oil change This is my first used Acura MDX I had a lot of question about my vehicle maintenance. Cameron in the service department was exceptional answering all . Very easy to talk to and to deal with .he also printed out vehicle history report for me to see what was done on my vehicles to help me on my maintenance showing what needs done and not done until later on.

My wife and I love Smail. We love Jessica Crawford and Alec Layton. They are both super helpful and a true asset to the company. The Smail team should be very proud of their dedication. My third Acura MDX. Could not be any happier with the vehicles or the service. They make everything easy and truly seem happy with their jobs. That's very rare! Although this review is related to service, I have to give a shout out to Clint Robbins in sales. If you are in the market for a car, ANY CAR, stop by to see Clint. He can get you whatever you are looking for and I know you will be as happy as I have been.

Excellent sales service provided by Justin Pisano in assisting us with the purchase of our new vehicle. He was extremely thorough/knowledgeable in explaining and demonstrating the features of the MDX. Justin kept us timely updated as to the arrival of the vehicle and was very friendly and courteous throughout the process. Wonderful experience!

Trustworthy and Respectful Acura Service Department. Needed winter tires late in the season with another long trip planned. Got my tires in within 2 days then a quick install (tire price and installation as competitive as anyone in town). Also, made sure vehicle was in top notch with the multipoint inspection. Never pushes anything that is not absolutely needed (the trust).
