My initial experience was that everyone was polite and nice. After we talked numbers and financing everything changed. They basically ignored us and decided we were not worth a phone call. It shows me who they really are.

The service staff has always been very professional and just really nice people. Jessica has been very patience with me. I find her very knowledge about the brand and enjoy talking with her.
