From the minute we arrived at the hotel we felt like royalty. Absolutely phenomenal service. I am a Starwood platinum and I was upgraded to a deluxe suite. Very large room. Beautiful bathroom. The breakfast buffet is top quality with many fresh ingredients. I would definitely stay again at the SLS when I am back in LA.
