Friendly staff and beautiful Hotel handy to good amenities
Our room got broken into while we were sleeping and we lost 3 Rolex watches amounting to 96k USD. Security and management was very unhelpful during the event. Very bad experience STAY AWAY!
A little Over the top for my taste, I see liquors but not coffee in my room, for example. Very attentive staff, very quite rooms which is nice when you arrive tired and only want to go go sleep; too many mirrors in the room but I guess it goes with the general ambiance.
Great location. Easy access to and from many great local attractions. Beverly Center. Rodeo Drive. The Grove. Many great restaurants close by. Five star service all the way. Wonderful staff. Local car service from hotel by to destinations within 3 miles. Pet friendly, BUT a large pet fee $120.00. Way too high!
