Michael explained what he was going to do and why, which I always appreciate. He was also super nice and helpful. I know nothing about chimneys, so I really appreciate the time he took to answer a few questions.

I had them come out to clean the chimney in the house that I just bought. The inspector took one look at it and said that it had never been used by the previous owner so he only charged me for the inspection. Love it when a business is honest. :)
