They were very professional with scheduling of appointments and performance of the work in replacing a chimney cap.
Caleb gave a full explanation of what he was looking for, and different options after he did his inspection. He was honest and upfront in explaining that a cleaning was not needed. And showed detailed photos to show where damage had been done. Definitely will use Sleep Easy for my repairs and other chimney and furnace needs

Michael was great. Very courteous and helpful He checked the chimney cap/crown for me. It was fine, no work needed he said. Took about 10-15 minutes. A little pricey at over $100 to do that, but OK..

Was glad my house didn t burn down because Sutherlands sold me all the wrong pipe.
I needed to have the dryer vent hose replaced. I wish they would have had one to replace mine.
