On time, friendly, explained it all well.
The young men called and asked if they could come out an hour early and I agreed. They were only there about 20 min and informed me the were unable to take out t bar in the insert and they would inform the office and I should wait for a call. They would send someone else out. Didn t receive the call that day so I called the next morning. They will not be able to come back out for another week
Sleep Easy came out to do chimney cleaning and inspection. Very knowledgeable, let me know what needed to be done. Very satisfied.
Hired to replace chimney cap. Arrived on time and job performed as we requested. Would use again if necessary.
Great communication Seemed a little expensive for time, experience, and equipment required.
