The tech was great. He went on my roof on a cold day when it was lightly snowing. I appreciated his service.
Titan from Sleep Easy accessed our chimney problems (furnace/hot water heater) and explained everything in a very thorough/detailed manner. Michael and his associate came at the promised time to start the repair. Michael was very personable and professional, explained the work to be done. Workmanship was very professional/ beautiful and fast! Plus, they totally cleaned up any debris from the repair (there was a lot)! Better than when they started!
