Interesting facility, Dr. Ross is okay but too conservative and doesn't listen well to patients, but some of the technicians are really good, but some aren’t. Rated overall facility wise, they dont do sleep studies at the moment which is odd, but even my EEG in-office was unsuccessful, and then at-home 72hr eeg went alright, but no conclusions made for my diagnosis. Also - maybe the procedures need to be changed, or staff assisting the Dr need more training, bc I requested a refill on a Monday during intake and also to Dr Ro... read more
