My father was a patient and he said his overall experience was OK. Not a native English speaker (Spanish speaker) and the office is very limited with bilingual assistance. How unfortunate. He had difficulty sleeping because the bed was so uncomfortable and the room was very cold. He missed his second sleep study on accident (he just had a TIA, remembering things isn’t easy for him) and they wouldn’t waive the $250 no show fee. I just completed my sleep study at the Rockville Center today 17-18 January 2026. My technician was CJ. CJ is awesome. He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. This was my third study since 2008 and he was the best! Please try to keep him at your facility. If I have to do testing in the future I want him to be my technician.
