They don’t answer the phone to schedule appointments and don’t return calls. Very frustrating!
My doctor’s office referred me to this place and the staff, the owner, and the night technicians were very cooperative and nice. The transition from getting the studies done to being set up with the CPAP machine for my sleep apnea went smoothly. Thank you! I strongly recommend this place!
My experience with the center would've been pleasant if it wasn't for one secretary. I scheduled a sleep study, which she was responsible to fax paperwork to my insurance in order to get authorization. I got everything in place and planned only to get a call 3 hour before I was due to check in to inform me that my insurance never responded. This happened again the following week. This is a terrible place, I wouldn't wish it on anyone to be subjected to the incompetent, rude and inconsiderate behavior of the staff here. I was recommended to this place by my ENT, for a home sleep study. The initial person I called said I didn't need an appointment and I could pick up the machine “anytime, just walk in”. I go there and the coordinator a woman called Aksa proceeds to tell me how busy she is and what a huge favor it is to give me a machine, I say I can come another day by appointment as I was told that I ... read more
