Dr. Sledge and his PA-C, Ashley Book are incredible people. I have issues with both shoulders and they’ve been able to handle both independently with great success. No matter your goals, such as better sleep, continue to be athletic, pick up your kiddos, etc., they will find a way to address your pain with dignity and respect. For context, I'm a Disabled Veteran with a portion of my collarbone missing and severe arthritis, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and they are exceptional.

Dr Sledge is warm, friendly and listens. Those are traits I look for in a physician. I had surgery on my right shoulder last year and am pleased that it helped alleviate the arthritic pain. I've been back to see him recently to talk about helping my left shoulder for the same issue. Ashley Book, his PA, is very professional, friendly and listens as well. I highly recommend this entire team!

I have a longer perspective than most. He operated on a torn rotator cuff 11 years ago. It was a grueling recovery but with PT I have had absolutely NO issues since. A complete success. Dr. Sledge is an accomplished surgeon but he is also surrounded by a great team. Ashley, the PA is super attentive and knowledgeable. I went back today for the OTHER shoulder. I highly recommend Dr. Sledge. He did surgery on my rotator cuff 13 years ago. He and his staff had the surgery down to a science. My results were great. I injured my shoulder again recently and went back to see Dr. Sledge. The staff are still the same and still wonderful. I appreciate the time and care he and Ashley take with their patients. They listen to what you have to say and make sure you understand what the problem is and what they are doing. I wouldn't see anyone else about a shoulder issue.

Dr. Sledge, Ashley, and their whole team were very friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and put me at ease about the upcoming surgery. The surgery went very well and the recovery was quick because I followed their detailed physical theraphy instructions. They covered everything with me and made sure I understood! As far as surgery goes it was a very pleasant experience!

Fantastic. Dr. Sledge operate on my right shoulder many years ago, and it was better than expected for me and him. I need to see him for my left shoulder, but due to the fact that he does not take Medicare I'll have to go somewhere else
