I’ve been to Dr. sledge’s office twice over the last few months and I’ve been very pleased with all aspects. My initial visit was with him and I felt like he took his time with me and answered all of my questions. My follow up visit today was with his PA and she’s equally as knowledgeable and thorough. I'd recommend him to anyone in my family, for sure!
It's a nice change to be able to make an appointment with a doctor that listens to you and can diagnose the issue and treat you correctly in a timely, professional way.
I acquired a torn rotor cuff in my shoulder from playing tennis. I'm 71 yrs. old other wise in good overall health. Dr. Sledge was very attentive with me discussing my surgical procedure that he recommended. All phases of the surgery went extremely well and I highly recommend Dr. Sledge and his staff of professionals.
I wish more doctor's offices operated like this one. All of the staff are thorough and friendly and remember who you are even if it has been a year since your last visit. Both Dr. Sledge and PA Ashley take their time with you. They are extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Sledge is the kindest, friendliest doctor I've ever seen. I have had both shoulders operated on by him and highly recommend him. Ashley Book PA is also a great person and they both give such great medical care. Great staff all around. 2 other family members have been seen here and they had a great experience too.
Dr. Sledge carries an incredible reputation in the field of orthopedics specifically relating to shoulder surgery! He shows his Christian values in the care of each of his patients! He has been my go to Dr. when referring my patients to a shoulder specialist for years. I now have personal experience as well as he recently performed shoulder surgery on me. I have breezed through the process of healing due to his and his team’s excellent care! I appreciate you all!

This is by far the kindest human I have ever met. I am dealing with frozen shoulder and pinched nerves. This doctor has been extremely caring, kind and knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, and compassion. I wish could fix all my body aches.
Doctor Sledge is great. Addressed the problem I was having. He suggested PT prior to surgery in case surgery was not needed. PT recommendation after surgery was very great. Wish I had not wasted 12 months of seeing other shoulder doctors.
