It was a great experience, I felt like we really had the knowledge to make a good decision based on all the information we had. We were first time home buyers which is always scary, but Chad made sure to go over everything with us and answered all our questions (which was a lot!). As a first time home buyer, the inspection process can be extremely intimidating but he really takes the time to break it down and walk you through everything and explains things in layman's terms which is refreshing. He spent 5 hours at the property with me and after reading through the report, I decided to take his advice and walk away from what would have been an uninformed purchase. I'm definitely planning on using him again when I find the right home!
