RecommendedChad is wonderful. He is very thorough and always find many items that I hadn't noticed myself. He's great about explaining which items are fixable and those that will be major problems down the road. He saved me from buying several houses that would have been money pits at best. I can't recommend using Slab to Slate Home Inspections enough. Chad went above and beyond. His report is simplistic yet thorough which makes potential issues easy to comprehend. He also does a great job explaining said issues in real time and that makes things easy to digest and understand. Chad did a 'pre-listing' inspection for us about a month ago, and we thought it was time and money very well spent! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and gave us lots of good advice that we are using now to prepare our house for market in a couple of months. Definitely highly recommend.

My experience with slab to slate was great! For a first time home buyer, I was clueless on what to watch out for when touring a home. Chad requested that I walk through the entire inspection with him. He explained in detail every defect of the house, and what would need attention in years to come. I was blown away with the attention to detail. I highly recommend slab to slate.
